To promote the formation of integrity and zero tolerance for corruption in the security and defence sector by studying and disseminating best practices, international and domestic practices, processes and technologies, conducting scientific research in the field of building integrity and corruption prevention.

Disseminate and raise awareness of building integrity for different categories of students through the introduction of advanced interactive learning technologies, the searching and using of innovative methods to improve the format and content of training courses.

To acquire the capabilities of the Center for the dissemination of the NATO BI methodology to all components of the Security and Defence Sector of Ukraine, as well as to expand partnership formats to implement the principles of building integrity and share lessons learned and best practices in this area.
